Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund.

1.2 Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

2.2 Packaging and Shipping: Securely pack items in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Write the RAN on the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs; we recommend using a trackable method.

2.3 Return Address: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Processing

3.1 Inspection: We will inspect returned items to ensure they meet our return criteria.

3.2 Approval: Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3.3 Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items showing signs of use, missing parts, or not in original condition.
